Very rude service. I have been a customer of Suntrust for many years and actually until today the customer service has been ok. Today I visited this branch and felt that I was treated very rudely by the teller. Not only did she not do my deposit correctly but each time(3 times) I tried to ask her a question she kept interrupting me and acted very condescendingly toward me.

I would suggest if you must use Suntrust you would be better off going to a different branch.

Just Drivr Thru Banking.. That it, drivr thru banking. They closed the lobby, great if thats all you need, bad if you need more.
