Be careful of deceit from this place of business. I ordered 2 bouquest of flowers from this place, several days before Mother's day. I actually called the place a day or two later to change something on one of the orders. At that time, they did show both orders in their system. On Mother's day, I felt something just was not right, so I called to confirm the orders and delivery date. When I first called, Jennifer stated the 1 order had just gone out, but the other one for my mom, there was something wrong and they needed to check on it. I asked them at that time, which florist the order went to, since it was ordered in Tampa to go to New Port Richey. They told me the name, said they would call back. 10 minutes later, I called the florist they said the order had gone to. He stated he had not heard from them, and had not received an order from them. I called them back, s/w Tabitha this time, explained the situation. This time, she said the order went to a different florist and gave me another name. I hung up, tried to call them, phone was busy. I called Outa My Tree back, s/w Jennifer, Now this time, she tells me the 1st florist could not take my order, and they were trying to find another florist to take my order. Remember I had called the 1st florist and was already told they had not contacted him, & an order had not been received. So at this time, I am getting extremely upset, first about being lied to, second because I am feeling they messed up my mother's day gift order. They were not willing to accept responsibility and promise to fullfill the order, even if they themselves would have to make the flowers up and deliver them. All the said, was that it was a human error, and they were going to "try" to find a florist to accept the order. But could not guarantee it. The conversation ended with me being told that I was making too much out of this, and they hung up on me. Now I have a memorial service to go to this Saturday, that I was also going to order a very expensive flower arrangement for. I have decided to go to another florist, I feel that if they cannot handle a small order for Mother's day, I cannot trust them to a must more important event as a memorial service for a baby to get the order right.
OUTSTANDING!!. Spectacular and beyond my wildest expectations! I have used Outa Ma Tree For over 15 years they have always done very well for me, but after speaking this recent arrangment of flowers I will NEVER GO anywhere else. MY wife was blown away, all her co-workers haven't stopped talking about the incredidible display of flwoers... Thanks Outa Ma Tree
So very overpriced. I find their work sub-standard and their price far to high. I can go to Kash and Karry and get better quality then they provide. Not very good work at all on a scale of 1 to 10 they get a ZERO. The staff was rude, I spoke with Mark and he sounded as if I didn't want to spend $200 he didn't want my business. So I took it elsewhere after I was told if I wanted my flowers to last more then 3 days I should have spent more and got better flowers. To rude for me
This Bud's for you, especially if you want to keep it traditional. This is a small; family-owned business that's been doing flowers, well, probably for longer than you've been around..
The blooming facts
Don't let the name fool you. The operative phrase here is traditional. This is a friendly little florist shop, located in a strip mall in Town 'N Country, with everything from roses to lilies. (Be sure to check out the Casa Blanca Lilies, they smell wonderful.) Come in with ideas, or with an open mind. The staff's helpful and will go in whatever direction you choose. Their motto is that every bride is an individual and is treated as such.
The pedal pushers
This staff's well versed on flora and fauna and can get its grimy little hands on flowers from just about anywhere in the world. The designers also enjoy working with the unusual tropical flowers, but let's face it, even though most women today like the more minimalist high-style tropical's, men still go for the dozen roses routine. (So where are these guys anyway?) This experienced design staff is open to all requests and says most brides today are opting for the stem wrap bouquets.
