The front desk staff were very knowledgable and caring. When I went in the exam room the doctor came in after a short wait. She took a lot of time looking at my dog, discussing her previous history and suggesting a switch in her diet because she was overweight. Not only did she recommend a new diet but she took the time to educate me on potential problems my dog could have if she remained overwieght. I was impressed with the car that I received. IF you are looking for an animal hospital to try I would recommend you try All About Animals.

Finally a veterinary service that is both pet and people friendly. My experiences at All About Animals have been outstanding. They are the nicest, friendliest people I have encountered in a long time. There is no question or problem they can't solve. They are always available to help your pet. The professional attitude is comforting. My two boxers are not afraid to go there. They are welcome with open arms. All the employees seem eager and anxious to help. Everyone goes out of their way to assist you.

I took my cat to get spayed. They said its "protocol" to keep them over night, but that i could call between 3;30 and 4:30 to check on my baby. I called right at 3:30 and they said she'd be ready to go home at 5:30pm. I was there right at 5:30. They brought "Waffle" to me and my daughters 9yrs and 1 1/2 handed me her in her carrier, and said, "she's still sedated, leave her in her carrier until she wakes up". Well I opened it when I get in the car to check on her and she just didnt look or feel right. Nor have I EVER heard of ANYONE sending home a cat while still under setation. I took viedo and pictures. Got home (about an hour) later took her out, she was stiff as a board, non-responcive, and cold. I waited for a couple more hours after I tried to warm her myself by a heating pad, and she still was un-responcive. Took her to the ER vet, and they said she was basicaly gone. I tried to talk to "so called vet" Elizabeth Hughes", the next day and she refused to give me a copy of the records from the surgery, told me I demanded my cat back, thats why she didnt keep her. If I demanded my cat back Im sure I would have had to sign something stating it was against her orders. Shes a liar, called me later that night, offered to write me a check for 250.00 and have me sign a discloser form. Basically to keep my mouth shut! I told her no, I wanted the truth of what happened to my baby, and why she was sent home in a catotonic state. She told me she was able to pick up her head and was responcive when she sent her home. NEWS FLASH..I have it all recorded and she never once picked up her head the whole time I had her home. PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR PET HERE. Its to late for mine, but you can save yours!!!!! theres so much more to this story, but this just happened on mon and tues 5/13/13 & 5/14/13, so im still in shock/hurt/anger/devistation...more will come out. Heck, you just might see me on the news trying to get this HORRIBLE place closed down.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Elizabeth Hughes. My dog had to have surgery in his private area that was very complicated and not treated correctly at another hospital. It has been more than a few months now and my dog is completely healed, running, jumping and back to his old self. We thought we were going to have to put him down. She and her staff are very dedicated to the animals, and it is obvious when you walk in the hospital. Thank you Dr Hughes for my dog back!

I have been coming here for years + Patti, at the front desk, is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly + really loves my dogs. (Compliments them like they are my children)

My dog Ginger has always been taken care of but service starts at the front desk. When your upset she knows how to calm you down. Please keep Patty, she is the reason why we all keep coming back.

Dr. Hughes is the only one to diagnose the puppies correctly and gave them instant relief. I am so satisfied. The staff is great.

We are new to the area and have not established a relationship with a vet yet when my dog broke out in horrible hot spots. She has skin allergies and gets them sometimes. This was the worst case she has ever had and they appeared seemingly overnight. So that morning I woke up and called all the vets in the Seffner area. This was the only office that had someone answer the phone and they picked up at 7:30 am!!! They fit me in for 9:30 am that same day.

Dr Hugh's went out of his way for my dog. He truly cares about what he does.
