Poor taste, Poor asthetics. Ate dinner there last week and found the food to be very processed tasting, fatty, and overdone. The meat had so much fat on it, I was shocked they served it that way. The sauces were very smothering and over done. The service was lacking considering it was empty. The ambiance was lacking as well. Would not recommned.

Estela's Mexican Retaurant. If you are in the search for slow service and overprice food, search no more. The food did not impress anybody in our party.

Terrible. I had heard good things about Estela's from friends so my husband, son and I wanted to try it. We went for lunch yesterday. I ordered a taco salad, it was a fried flour tortilla shell - fatty ground beef in the bottom, about a cup of iceberg lettuce on top of that and 1 tomato slice on top with a quarter cup of sour cream. That is it and they charge $9.29 for it. On top of that my son hated his enchiladas - made with the same ground beef, no seasoning wrapped in a corn tortilla and some kind of processed white cheese sauce on top. The only redeeming thing was that my husband liked the chile relleno but nothing else on the plate. To top it off it cost the 3 of us $42 for lunch, we didn't finish our food and I've spent today back and forth from the bathroom and intestinal distress. Thanks Estela's, we won't be back.
