Excellent! Hated that I needed Sam on a Sunday afternoon but he is awesome. Came out right away which was great since "if momma ain't happy..." well you know ! I like to learn and he likes to teach. A very thorough job...unlike the last guy that had come out. Won't use anyone but Sam from here out....

Great Service. Showed up on time, same day service! Pumped out the tank, however water still was not flowing into the tank, at NO extra cost he cleared the pipe going from the house to the tank. Problem solved! Already put it in my calendar to call him back 4 years from now, no more waiting until it is full and stopped up.

FASTEST SERVICE!. I called Sam becausei saw his reviews on City Search.He answered the phone himself and told me he would be out in 2 hours.He is prompt and very hard working.The home owner i rent from apprently never had the septic tank pumped out.It was completely full of sludge and roots.Sam cut the roots out and ran water from my waterhose to loosen the sludge and with his tool worked the sludge loose and suction it out.A job that should of taken him 10 to 15 minutes to so much longer.Sam did not charge extra and was very pleasant the entire time and explained every thing he was doing.He would not even accept a tip for all this extra work he had to do.He is very honest and a very hard worker.I quite enjoyed his company and would highly recommend him before calling anyone else.sam go above and beyond on his job.THANK YOU SAM.

EVEN ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!!. My parents have been using Sam for years since my Dad called one night at almost midnight because the septic tank was backing up into the house. Every single septic company in the Brandon/Tampa/Plant City/Thonotossasa had not answered the phone and when he called Brandon Septic, Sam answered on the first couple rings and said he would be right over. So naturally when my septic started doing the same thing on Christmas Day (2010) I called Sam and he came-CHRISTMAS DAY-to pump my septic. More amazing is the fact he didn't add an arm and a leg to the cost.

When you first call you might be setback by his straight foreward attitude and voice but trust me, he's the best at what he does and goes above and beyond to fix your septic and he won't overcharge you!

Sam knows his stuff. Sam, you are the man. With a totally clogged septic tank on a Saturday, I called numerous companies to get help quick, Roto Rooter hung up on me when i asked for a price. two other one's never called back even after multiple messages, Three only worked Monday thru Friday.

The last call I made was on Sunday to Brandon Septic. Sam answered the phone, quoted a fair price and would stop by after he finished the job he was working on.

He did, he was at my house within 2 hours.

Thanks Sam, you are the man. I will see you again in three years.

Excellent Service. This is not the kind of service that we normally talk about, but Brandon Septic has the most professional ownership and courteous individuals that I have dealt with in quite some time. Mr. Dean your company is TOPS with me.
