Horrible customer service. I called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was incredible rude and not at all helpful. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. If that first impression was any reflection of the type of business attitude they have, you should find a better salon.

Most professional. I have been to several salons in Brandon and Tampa that claim to be the best. Well I must tell you they are wrong all me salon was upscale beautiful professional, but did not have that stuffy attitude that you find in most upscale salons.

What a great salon. I have been the area for 7 years and it took me this long to find a salon to call home! What a wounder friendly staff.

And they all know what there doing. The best color I have ever had!

Best Haircut in Brandon. I had the pleasure of walking in to this salon, while I was out shopping and boy am I glad I did. I was previously going to a well known salon in the brandon area and my stylist changed salons. I was in need of a haircut and stopped by with no appointment. Robert, the stylist that cut my hair did a bang up job! I wanted a nice trimmed men's cut with a bit of texture to it. I got a Rockin cut... I will definitely be back!

Disappointed. I had been looking for awhile for a new place to get a haircut because the salon that I had been going to was becoming too expensive. I asked around and a co-worker referred me to this place. I don't trust my hair to just anyone because I have long, thick hair that, if not cut correctly, can look too poofy. All I wanted was a trim, and the stylist told me she would listen to me and only trim a little off. Unfortunately, she cut my long layers much shorter and I now feel like a walking mushroom because my hair is so poofed. My hair not only looks thicker, but feels thicker, too, from all the layers. My hair is also much shorter in length than when I walked through the door. It took so much time to grow my hair out and so little time for this woman to cut it off and ruin my hair style.
