Honestly this is my first time ever purchasing a car from a used car lot. I always hear horror stories about Family Auto Mart so I was reluctant in purchasing from a used car lot. However, I was greeted properly and professionally. I never once felt like I was under pressure. Trust me you will save, save, SAVE!

THIS DEALIER SHIP WILL ACTUALLY ROB YOU . THEY ARE SNEAKY. THEY WILL CALL YOU 5 YEARS AFTER TO TELL YOU THAT YOU OWE SOME CRAZY FEE. 5 YEARS AFTER YOU BOUGHT THE CAR. THEN WHEN YOU FIGHT AND ARGUE AND THEY REALIZE THEY WERE WRONG , THEIR EXCUSE TO YOU IS THERE WAS A GIRL WORKING THERE WHO USED TO STEAL CUSTOMER FUNDS AND THAT'S WHY THEY WERE TRYING TO ROB THEIR CUSTOMERS. NO APOLOGY NOTHING. I WOULDNT WISH THIS DEALERSHIP ON MY WORST ENEMY. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

This place is awful. I bought the car September of 2010 and the transmission went out last week. Since I drove the car off the lot I have had problems. They promised to fix things for me and did not keep their word. I had to go and pay for all of this myself. In February of this year I paid 1800.00 to get things fixed. In August the Gas tank fell off and I had to pay 1400 to get it replaced....not including the full tank of gas that wasted on the ground. I hate this place and I cannot believe they sell cars to people knowing the condition! I tried to put no rating but it made me put something. Do not buy from them....RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!!
