This business has been in Melbourne for 30 plus years- the owner & staff constantly strive to provide the best possible customer care w/ top of the line products. Anyone who is an actual patron of this business knows that each customer is given individualized care & treated w/ kindness & respect. How sad that someone would bad mouth a business simply because they had to face the consequences of their OWN actions for parking in a private lot that is utilized by SEVERAL businesses who PAY for this so that PATRONS of their business are taken care of. There are signs clearly posted @ each entrance & exit of this private lot. Accept responsibility for your total disregard for other peoples' property.

I HIGHLY recommend this business & you will not find a more honest & caring owner & staff!

**ALERT** Please do not patronize this establishment. The management nightly terrorizes the neighboring businesses. She reports every slight violation of neighboring business patron to the local police and has their cars towed to a seedy location 20 miles away. Victims are required to come up with a ride to the seedy part of town swarming with homeless people and shady activities and $200 in cash is demanded to get your vehicle back. The tow truck driver said the lady calls in some 15 vehicles a night. With that sort of volume there is something terribly wrong with the signage and mental status of management. Please do not support this type of activity in our community! Thank you!!! **ALERT**
