Best place in town.

I've been a patient at ROMC for over 10 years and while sometimes the wait can be long, I recommend them anyday over Parrish Emergency room. While even apointments may wait an hour to be seen, they do take walk-ins. I usually call and get an estimated wait time. If the estimate is long, call their Port St John office (15 minutes away) and compare wait times. Among all of the Titusville practicioners that I have seen, Doctors Kinsella, Flaherty and Van Eaton have the best patient repoir and manner than any.
Incompetant- Never go here! Disorganized

I would give negative stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment to have a medical service done. Once I got there, the nurse practitioner yelled at me saying they do not do that. I said your staff said you do when I made an appointment. her response "they are not Drs". I thought is that is the best you can do. I needed sutures to be taken out from a procedure done out of state. The dumb nurse practitioner wanted me to drive 8 hours to have my sutures taken out. She declined service and later that day I had my 74 yo mom take them out no problem. the old lady (NP) with glasses was beligerant and incompetant. Run away!!!

This is a WALK_IN so of course you will have to wait your turn but the doctors are excellent and the staff are good as well. These people who seem to expect to be attended to in no time flat need to get real. The doctors will give you full attention and are very good!!
I don't go very often but.......

the office staff has always been very kind and they have great hours! It's a lot better than waiting in an emergency room. I like Dr. Torres and Dr. Kinsella but Dr. Flaherty was very rude to me. Not everybody is going to click. Be realistic.
Better Than

Seriously people........what are your options? I've had nothing but impeccable care by the attending physicians HOWEVER I do agree their office staff is quite rude and in my opinion not trained very well. The DRG should place more emphasis on quality care and not quantity care (it was obvious that stacking appointments is the norm there). Yes there is room for improvement BUT I'll take Royal Oak over Parrish any day hands down.
