Don't come here if you expect someone who really cares. If you are in pain from a back injury, arthritis or a chronic condition, don't expect to be taken care of at this location. DO expect to be treated like you don't deserve to be free of your pain! They obviously think anyone who wants pain medication is addicted

It was a waste of time and money plus I am still in pain without anything to ease it. I couldn't even get an appt with a pain management clinic until next week (which will cost me another $150 since I'm a self pay). I haven't been in to see a doctor for almost 2 years, yet this doctor labeled my back pain "chronic". What a crock!

Thanks a lot Jena Medical for caring so much about your patients that you allow them to suffer in pain while you sit back and take their hard earned money. Oh yeah, and thanks for making me feel like my pains weren't important enough in your opinion to take care of them.

What type of doctor is it that lets his patients stay in pain because and I quote "We don't prescribe narcotics for Chronic pain patients" Haven't they ever heard of 'extenuating circumstance? I think not.

So for a temporary back problem, I have to pay an additional $150 for a pain clinic on top of the $75 I've already paid just so they will prescribe the pain medicine for a week that the doctor at Jena Medical Center should have given me to begin with.

I will make sure that my complaints are listed everywhere I can on the internet.

BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR! HE'S ALL ABOUT CHIROPRACTORS TOO!

comment by employee. I know the comment by Diana is by an employee!!! Too many bad comments and they have to post something good for coverup! Way to go Jena! The only problem with Jena is about 4'10" tall.

Best Walk In Clinic EVER!! Excellent Customer Service! A++ Highly Recommend!!. Absolutely LOVE it!! The staff are just absolutely wonderful. Very pleasant and engaging. The office feels like a warm inviting office. The nurses and doctors are incredible. Every time I've gone there, from my first time a couple of months a go, to just a week a go, I have always been treated exactly the same. The doctors and nurses are EXTREMELY patient and display real concern for you!! I had to take my daughter there last week b/c I couldn't get her in to see her regular Pediatrician that day, and when we left my daughter, who is 6, said "mommy, can this be my new doctor?" It's just so nice to be referred to as a "person" rather than a "number". AND wow, the time!! From sign in to sign out was NEVER more than an hour. Even with the wait room packed. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't regret it!!

Fairly quick and convenient. This is probably an average Medical Walk In clinic. I have had good to great experiences with the clerical staff. The doctors have been courteous, friendly and in a big hurry. Welcome to modern medicine. In this type of clinic you may not get to have the same doctor every time. Our family uses this clinic for the unexpected which are not emergencies and for school and sport physicals which are reasonable and fulfill the state requirements for healthy individuals. It is a very convenient location and is open reasonable hours. I appreciated the other review about the physician's assistant who may spend more time with the patient. Being thorough is very important.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!. I have been going to this clinic on and off for the past 3 years and I have never been so dissapointed in a doctor until now. Avoid Dr Price.....she comes accross as a person that doesn't want to be there or help her patients. Plus, I paid them an old fee to get the appointment and it was lost. Good thing I still have my reciept. I have been advised by many friends to go to Hallifax in Daytona....I think I will.
