DO NOT SHOP HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! There is a man that works there named John, I am not sure if he is the owner or just an employee, who treats his customers so poorly it is embarrassing. I went to the store during normal weekday hours 2 days in a row after my watch was supposed to be ready for pick up. Unfortunately, each day I was met with a different sign on the door. The first day there was a hand written note saying that they would be closed that day because they were at a show. The next day, there was a typed note stating they would not be opening until later that afternoon, it was 3pm and the store was supposed to close at 6pm. I called the store to verify if they would be open the following day so I would not drive 20 minutes out of my way for no reason 3 days in a row. John answered the call, gave me attitude and started laughing at me when I asked if they would be open the following day. He informed me it was my fault for going out there because there was a note on the door stating they were closed. How am I supposed to know there is a note on the door until I actually get there??? The next day when I went to actually pick up my watch, John told me I was a "rude a** lady" and that I should have called before coming. Why should I have to call when I verified their hours with him directly the day I dropped off my watch to be fixed????? The best part of it all was that he refused to let me walk out of the store until he finished giving me a "piece of his mind" in front of 2 other clients. He literally would not press the button to unlock the door even though I asked repeatedly to be allowed to leave and that I did not care to hear anything from him since I would never be returning and that I would warn everyone about his improper treatment of clients. At that point he told me it didn't matter because "I was acting as if I was his best client". He continued to refuse to let me out the door until I began to call the police. I was finally free to go and glad to never have to deal with John again. Don't make the same mistake I did!
