WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE....EVER. We just moved to the area and ordered dinner from Papa Johns in Milton. My order was wrong and when I called to have it corrected, the "manager" Heather, was the rudest person I have EVER encountered in a customer service position. I ordered cheese sticks because that is all my 2 year old son will eat from there and they delivered bread sticks. I know I ordered cheese sticks because we had ordered both cheese sticks and bread sticks from that same Papa John's earlier in the week to see which was better. The bread sticks are AWFUL so, needless to say, I was very specific in ordering cheesesticks. Heather argued that I did not order cheese sticks and when I asked her if this meant she wouldn't correct my order, she said, and I quote, "There is nothing to correct because you got what you ordered." Being in the middle of a move, I had nothing else to feed my son, but Heather didn't care. When I asked her name, she spelled it out for me letter by letter. Poor Heather. The only thing smart about her was her mouth. Too bad for Papa Johns in Milton. At least the deliver driver was nice.
