Dusty's Oyster Bar - Locals Love This Spot!. I've been going to Dusty's since I moved to PCB 8 years ago. Their tongue-in-cheek motto is "home of warm beer, lousy food and ugly waitresses". But the beer is iced, the food is awesome (oysters are fresh and cold!) and the waitresses, well...they're not as ugly as they'd lead you to believe.

Scotty O is the primary shucker, and a few years back, he was the No. 2 Oyster Shucker in the World (he goes to the international competition in Ireland every year). He's just a down to earth guy, and is one of the many reasons I keep going back.

If you want an ultra casual place to have reasonably priced oysters and beer, then Dusty's is the best place to go on Panama City Beach.

Oyster and beer. Great local spot. Fresh oysters and cold beer. Excellent Grouper sandwich .

MMMmmmm OYSTERS!. Recommended by a local cop, Dusty's was the best. Oysters were priced just right, delicious, beer was the best and waiter was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Had to buy the T Shirt!
