No Excuses- There were mistakes made on this job-

an employee left out the catalyst to the floor finish and it did not dry properly.

The owner was out of town and the office manager put the gentleman up in a motel while the floor was resurfaced. To be sure the added time out of his home was upsetting. The bill for the hotel was covered by the business but the client never paid the balance after the job was corrected.

TFF does not disappear when a mistake is made and all work is 100% guarenteed. On average TFF has sanded an average of 5 floors per week for over 25 years now- that is over 2 million square feet of hardwood.
