More than par, but less than a champion

Good food. Timely service. and a great place to spend time with family and friends. But there are better restaurants out there so i give a four. Its clean. Organized. Never seen a mistake or heard discourse of any kind. Men be aware while using the bathroom there is a loud bass from an abyss...didn't bother investigating that, but I always leave this Houligan's satisfied. Fat and HAPPY.
