I was in need for a time out; alone time. The Coastal Waters Inn was quite, serene, I loved it. In fact I tried to book again and the rooms were full. I would be eager to stay their again for an extended weekend. I loved it. In fact the hotel staff, I believe the gentlemen's name was Derek, called me to ask i if the accommdations were okay and if I needed anything! How impressive is that. Very pleased

Went to Coastal Waters about 20 years ago when our children were small and we enjoyed it so my husband and I thought we would go again to see what has changed...Still my #1 choice for a hotel on the beach loved it!! Going there again real soon :-) thank you for more good memories!!!

Just spent 3-nights at Coastal Waters after being at Universal Studios in Orlando, and we loved it! If you want a clean, quiet beachfront property with all the comforts of home, this is the place for you. We didn't like the location of our first room, so we were moved to another room (no hassel at all) with a nice view of the beach. The front office reps & housekeeping staff were great. Also, there is no central air, only a window unit in the living area so make sure you get a room that doesn't get direct sunlight (and not on 3rd floor). We left the bedroom door open & ran ceiling fan and actually got cold at night. We were looking for a cute hotel on the beach & we found it! Very close to restaurants & shopping. And, you have to walk across the street for an ice cream cone during your visit!

I booked the Coastal Waters Inn as a last minute decision for a quick beach weekend getaway for our family of 3. The reservation and front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. We arrived a little early and they made an effort to get our room ready right away so we could check in and start our stay. The pool was clean and refreshing. The room was spacious, clean and the a/c worked great.

We stayed for five nights. We loved it! It was more than we ever expected. It is exceptionally clean with what looks like pretty new furnishings. It was more like a 3-room suite with plenty of room and beautiful views of the ocean and beach and the rates are reasonable. We had no problems with anyone working there.
