The Worst Customer Service Ever

I have never encountered such bad customer service and unprofessionalism in a customer service setting than I did this evening. Nick the manager (if this is an example of a manager I sure hope they replace him immediately) needs ALOT of management customer service training. Upon entering the store he did not get up from his chair but wanted me to come to him. Refused to listen to the problem (have not had a working refrigerator for three days now) and proceeded to indicate that he could not do anything about it. I have lost over $200 worth of food - he didn't care, lied to my husband, our property management company and myself about delivering a new refrigerator. Did not concern himself that I contacted him Sunday about the refrigerator not working, offered no assistance for Sunday, said he could not deliver anything until Tuesday to which I indicated to him that it would be too late at that point for the food to be saved. Told him my husband would be home all day on Monday and said he couldn't possibly get a delivery done on Monday. Asking about what he was going to do - he said nothing. Yes, I yelled at him and he proceeded to tell his sales associate to remove me from the store because I was calling him out on his lying and attitude. She stayed out of it, but he was not even man enough to handle the situation and tried to pawn it off on the sales associate. He never apologized for the inconveniences or offered any assistance. I called the Daytona Beach Store to speak with the General Manager and their Manager was wonderful. I was not his customer and he offered an apology and said he would do everything he could to assist. I am waiting on a phone call from the General Manager. What upsets me the most is that we were lied to and the way he treated me and the lady sales associate in the store. Find somewhere else in Palm Coast to buy your appliances.
Bad Customer Service

I have purchased every appliance needed for my both management companies at Johns Appliance since 2006. I am a small business owner who tries to continue purchasing through the smaller, local businesses. I went to them because one of the refrigerator purchase a little over a year ago (brand new) isn't holding its freon. I was told sorry your one year has expired. Sorry, we will charge you $79 service fee through our service department to not be able to repair it. Finally, sorry we will not give any credit towards a purchase of another new one. But I will talk to the GM and call you today....But that didn't happen either. Johns Appliance has the right not to appreciate loyal customers. Well, this customer has the right to be loyal elsewhere... Sears, Home Depo, Loews.
