Service is horrible - Company Rips you Off

Worst experience ever. They ripped us off. Put in a new motor last year. Needed to be replaced again this year. Charged additional labor although it was still under warranty. Changed the motor out and did something with the thermostat.

Our house starting getting mold. We noticed that the fan on the outside unit was not running. Called them to look at the unit. in August.

Joe went to the outisde unit and did something and the fan started working. He looked at the thermostat and said it was set on fan and needed to be set on auto. Something he would have changed the last time he was here. Charged us $90 and wrote up the receipt saying that nothing was wrong with the unit that everything was normal.

My house is moldy, my electric bill was double for two months in a row because he screwed up and he bills me for his mistake.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
