Do not go here!!

This was the worst Gyn appt I have ever had in over 12 years, today was my first visit, I arrived on time and 15 min later I was put in a room told to undress and I would be seen shortly the nurse then told me a student doctor was shadowing would it be ok if they came in, I said sure I know people have to learn somehow. I sat in a cold room wearing a paper gown for 55 min! Then when the student doctor came in it was a male doctor, I believe that is something that should of been told upfront as some women are not comfortable with a male doctor. I found I had the beginnings of a UTI they took forever to call in my prescription to pharmacy almost 5 hours and then It was the wrong prescription!. Also they do not have an in house lab where they can draw blood I personally have never heard of an obgyn not having that. I will never go back and would only recommend this place to someone I hate.

Best OB/Gyn office in the area!

I have been a patient of this office for 10+ years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Cortez is a stand out physician! All of the staff is courteous and helpful. I have always felt that my care is their 1st priority! I would not go to any other OB/Gyn office!

Horrible

Everytime I go here for my checkup, the doctors seem to never review the record. They ask me the same questions each visit. I had a cyst they had been watching for years and each visit they asked me if it was new!? If they would have read my chart, they would have seen it isn't. The staff is also rude and nonaccomadating. Not even worth a star.
