Great Experience!!!

I went to Tropical after being recommended by the Jiffy Lube down the street. I was help by a man named Lance who was very straight forward and knew what he was talking about. He was very helpful and they gave me a great deal on my car. I would recommend anyone to have your vehicle serviced by these guys. Great Place and ill be back to get more work done. THANK YOU!!!

My experience with this Gina/business owner happened about 5 years ago. However, it still irritates me that this woman took advantage of me. I paid around $500 to have my AC fixed by this con-artist, only to drive less than 100 miles - to have the compressor fall out of under my car! That's right, I drove from Daytona to the B-line (528) (when I was traveling 70 mph with my 9 year old son in the car) the compressor fell out from under the car and was dragging under the car by a hose. I had to pay $200 to tow the car back to Daytona, Gina said she would take care of it. When I finally got my car back, she tried to make me pay for the USED parts she put in my car! After I had paid $500 to have it fixed in the first place! UNREAL! Needless to say the air in the car was never properly fixed-even though she tried to charge me even more money after not fixing the AC twice! You have been warned - this woman will rob you blind and your car will not be fixed!
