Lived in the park for 19 years

I lived in the park for last 19 years. I have been happy here. Nice place to raise your kids. This ownership takes care each tenants trash, water, sewer and cutting the grass. I like the convenience of this location across from the Dover Air Force Base. I am retired now from the Air force and I continue to live. I would recommend this park from all the others in Dover DE
