I am extremely unsaticfied with Diver Chevrolet. I just spent $700 to get a $250 part replaced here. Now none of my spare keys work, on my engine is making a sound it never did before. I DO NOT recomend Diver Chevrolet, they do not care about costumer satisfaction, only taking the costumers money.
Smooth SALEing.... A friend referred me to Clay Wessel at Diver Chevrolet based on her recent purchase experience with him. Great Experience and Customer Service Second to None. Often when people talk about auto dealers they relate about a wide variety of experiences and usually they are bad. This isn't the case with Diver Chevrolet and Matt Burgess. Diver Chevrolet has provided amazing customer service each and every time I have been there and Matt has always stopped by and asked how things are going and if there is anything he can do. Finally ended with a BIG SMILE on my face with my New 2012 Camaro 2LT on 02/24/2012. Daryl is the one who contacted me first with all details of Camaro. The very 1st day, I had a test ride with him on the Camaro and it was awesome. Daryl guided me related to Camaro specifications and ofcourse he was good at that. The most special feature which Daryl told me, related to car is the virtual reflection of odometer for the Driver, which I like the most. Overall, I like the car, love the Camaro and bought it.

Matt Burgess. Great experience at Diver Chevrolet when purchasing a 2012 Sonic. In particular, Matt Burgess went the extra mile to insure we got the vehicle we wanted and also went over and above our expectations to satisfy our needs. He is very knowedgeable about the features of the car and most helpfull setting up Bluetooth, OnStar, etc. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with Matt again for any future purchase.

Excellent Service - Great Price!.
It was a pleasure dealing with Daryl. I had been to two other dealerships before going to Diver. Daryl was a welcome change from the salesman at the other dealerships that wanted to sell you a car at sticker price. I got an excellent price at Diver compared to the other dealerships, even though Daryl had to locate the color and options I wanted and trade with another dealership. I felt as if I got a fair value for the car I traded in and a great price on the new car.
Daryl was very responsive to my needs, and was extremely helpful. He made sure the vehicle was inspected in PA and talked to my insurance company for me to switch my insurance to the new car.
When I went to pick up the vehicle, Daryl arranged for me to meet with Matt, who had an excellent working knowledge of all of the features of the car. Matt helped set up our Bluetooth connectivity for my phone and my daughter’s phone, demonstrated the on-star, radio, navigation system and all other features.
Both Daryl and Matt demonstrated excellent customer service skills and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely go back to Diver Chevrolet for my next car and would highly recommend to others.
