My co-workers and I stayed at the Sheraton Suites in Wilmington for the entire month of June 2007. There were 4 of us, and not one day went by during our stay when we did not have a complaint. Main complaints include poor chamber maid service, burnt light bulbs go unchanged, the hallways smell of mildew, there are stains and rips in the furniture, to name a fiew. The staff is not prepared to handle large crowds. One of the weeks during our stay the hotel was heavily booked, our rooms were not cleaned for two days. I would not return to this hotel, and I do not recommend it.
- Pros: large rooms
- Cons: everything else
