Roto-Rooter Plumbers Feb 6, 2012

We have used Roto-Rooter over the last 14 years and they have always cleared our clogged sewers. Roto-Rooter from Newark,DE sent a plumber within an hour of our phone call. Robert came late in the evening and worked quickly to clear a very stubborn plugged drain. He was very professional and made sure we were satisfied with the work he had completed. We will continue using and recommending Roto-Rooter to our friends.

Fantastic, friendly service

We called Roto-Rooter of Newark, DE to unclog our sewer line. They dispatched a plumber who arrived faster than estimated. Harry snaked the sewer line in every direction, clearing out the problematic clog, and dealing with some roots that might have caused problems later.

Harry was fast, friendly and professional. We hope never to need Roto Rooter again, but we will not hesitate to call them if necessary.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/25/11

We needed a plumber to assist with a problem under the kitchen sink after we discovered the vent pipe wasn't connected. Robert Boyle spent 3 hours on the Friday after Thanksgiving fixing the problem. I was delighted with the service I received. He was thorough, and explained everything in detail. He was very professional. This service was excellent and exceeded my expectations!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7-31-11

We were having problems with the kitchen sink, nothing would go down and water was leaking beneath the sink from the garbage disposal. We called on Sunday morning about 9AM spoke to a very nice operator, she was able to send a technician out between 10AM and 12 noon.

At 11:40--The truck pulled into our driveway. Robert Boyle knocked on the door, introduced himself and listened to the problem. I thought the problem was with the garbage disposal and I had gone out to get a replacement. Robert thought the problem was with a blackage in the pipes after. He explained the process, and examined the pipes, he also told me the prices for the services if needed. He first took out my old disposal and installed the new one. He tried the unit--it worked fine but the problem persisted. He then went to work, clearing hte pipes.

He was there about 2 hours, when completed everything was operating very well. He checked and re-checked his work. He told me where to find the discount coupon on the web site. Robert Boyle was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was thorough and not rushed. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. i would certainly call him again to deal with our emergency problems.

Great Service!

We discovered a leak early on a Sunday morning. Called Roto Rooter, the cust svc guy was great and told me someone would be there in an hour. An hour later the plumber knocked on the door and began to work on the problem. He was professional, repaired the broken pipe quickly and looked at a few other things for me. I would highly recommend this company.
