Do not buy from here!!!

Never ever buy from this store. We purchased our entire kitchen from this store and the refrigerator started having problems. It was well beyond any warranty. They had a service repair man come to my house only to determine it was the insulation. Ok fine. $90 for 5 minutes... I was then told that I needed to pay upfront for the parts, I offered 50%. We agreed. I was also told that the parts would arrive within 5 days or so. Well, over a month later, we still don't have the parts. Luckily we have a spare in the garage but it's cold to have to run into the garage every morning for milk. My husband called several times and even went in to discuss the issue. Turns out, the service/parts department are filled with a bunch of incompetent boobs. They actually started yelling at each other because no one even ordered the part!! The sales staff were actually hiding from these women because the fight was so bad. We were then told the parts would be in and someone would come between 9-12 today (January 27th). Well, my husband had to call the store AGAIN only to be told that the technician was never told to come to our house. He was put on the phone with Linda. She was outright mean, incompetent, and uncaring. In arguing with my husband, (yes, she was arguing) she had the nerve to say that she called him to inform him of the mistake. What?! My husband had to call HER in which she was quickly reminded. Again, she was the owner!!! They truly don't deserve your business.
