Mary Bolger is terrible!

Mary Bolger loves the rich and judges those she interviews based on whether they look "Greenwich" or not. She will act like your best friend and then you'll never hear from her again. I've heard this complaint from many. She's judges not on your skill but whether you dress like the Greenwich crowd. (And she is not the one to judge.) She's not out there to help you. Believe me. These "pro" comments are from other recruiters that work with her ... not the ones who are desperately searching for a job to take care of their families.

Mary Bolger is a 5 star staffing professional

I have been an executive recruiter for over 15 years and have come across many in my field who are far below par. Such is not the case with Mary Bolger. Mary's integrity and professionalism are unmatched. She consistently provides her clients with outstanding service and offers her candidates top notch jobs. Mary takes the time to build strong relationships with both her candidates and clients. She knows them well and has worked with many for years. Mary takes the time to find the perfect people. She does not simply go online to the big job boards to find a candidate , have a quick conversation with them and present their resume. She is methodical, she is professional, she's personal. In reality in this market Mary is THE only staffing professional many clients use and her candidates maintain relationships with her for years. I am proud to call Mary a colleague and a friend. There is no one better.
