Service. I would give it 9 out of 10....

I respect the effort and the quality of service superb...some lapses but they definitely provide good service on each package the customer had wanted....Perfect frames and really fast delivery on every orders they received....

I recommend this one if you guys are looking for a firm that gives quality service on occasion.

Best place for engraving in CT!! I would give it 10 stars!!!. I had a birthday party to go to and you know when you have all week and then suddenly it is THE actual day!! well there I was ...giftless and needed something special. and ina hurry.

I live in Darien and a friend suggested going to this store called- Baubles. I had never been there as I have all boys and usually shop in New York where I work- but decided to give it a try.

They had the perfect frame and imagine my releif when the man said he could engrave that same day- and I aske him if he could do it while I waited- he did!

This is an amazing little oasis ....I will definitely return- they have lots of beautiful bracelets and I love silver cuffs-For anyone who loves silver you will just flip out here! It is as good as any of the boutiques in New York where I frequent. They also do watch batteries. I have since been back to have my Tag watch battery replaced....

The engraving job was excellent- They gift wrapped it and it was all done in silver paper WITH silver ribbon and a lovely tote bag. Thank God for Baubles sn Darien...OOOOp did I say the staff were lovely.
