Awful place to rent - You can do much nicer at other apartment complexes within town

The absolute worst place I ever rented. Cars blasting Rap music in the parking lot throughout the night (even during the week). Paper-thin walls, you can hear every little sound from your surrounding neighbors. Plumbing is old and NOISY, you can clearly hear all neighbors sinks & toilets throughout day/night. Parking only allows 1 car per unit, and very limited visitor parking where if you have 2 cars, the other car most always has to park on the road. (very inconvenient). Basically, if you like renting something that feels (and sounds) like a college dorm or a dump in NYC, with all the car noise and people having LOUD conversations with Nextel phones churping well past midnight then this is for you..
Mgt requires bank or cashiers check for all future monthly rent fees if you have even 1 returned check (I had one due to direct deposit not being deposited), and if you mail a payment late, they threaten you with Legal Action if it not mailed within 2 days after the due date.""
For what they charge for renting these musty, moldy, insect-infested apartments, you can do a whole lot better trying the other nice quite apartment complexes nearby in the quiet town of Bethel CT.
