Roomba (now relocated as Bespoke) has a great nuevo menu with many great combinations. I recommend the pork dishes. The wait staff was very accomidating to food sensitivities. Highly recommend.

In response to 2 of the reviews of this restaurant, I will give some thoughts and opinions. I'm a server/bartender in new haven county, and I will say that around the time of Yale graduation, every restaurant in the area with decent food and chairs gets swamped. I think it's decent and appropriate to tack on a 20% gratuity on that particular weekend. I work at a restaurant in a hotel in the area, and I will say that Yale graduation weekend is infamous among servers as a weekend of little to no tips. Everyone wants the speed of McDonald's with the quality of a 5-star restaurant. Plus, please remember...WAITRESSES ONLY MAKE $5.41 PER HOUR. And that's in Connecticut, the state with one of the highest server minimum wages in the country. Oh, and when they make you wait for a table even though there are open tables in the restaurant? That's because every server has a section of tables, and when the server leaves, they clean their section and then it is closed, in order to avoid having to re-clean it. Just wanted to shed some much-needed light on things. Thanks! :)

i would not go back there after they raised the prices on graduation. food was fair -- prix fixe menu plus mandatory 20% tip ruined the whole experience
