Dr. Shapiro is a kind, considerate wizard!. HOWEVER, the office staff here is the MOST disorganized, inconsiderate, sloppy & lacksadaisical group you could ever have the misfortune to encounter. If you aren't put on hold at least 3 times and end up being cut off on the fourth, you are SO lucky! Dr. Shapiro is worth it, though -- I just wish he was as good at firing some of those "workers" as he is at taking care of his patients.…
