In Short – Since the Ramada brand made its debut in 1954 in Flagstaff, Ariz., the hotel franchise has been offering dependable accommodations with budget-wise perks. Families appreciate the kids-stay-free policy for children 17 and under staying with their parents. Other amenities usually include a swimming pool, full-service restaurant, lounge, in-room data ports and voice mail. Group rates--for wedding parties, corporate groups or family reunions--are available for parties requiring 10 or more rooms per night.

Meriden Four Points -- Solid, Affordable & Excellent Service

I recently made the trip to Connecticut to visit my daughter at Yale University and stayed at the Meriden Four Points. I travel a lot and I've always liked the Four Points as an affordable hotel option, with generally pretty good service. The Meriden Four Points was actually slightly better than some of the other Four Points locations I've stayed in.
The hotel room was clean, affordable, and the service was exceptional. I'd recommend this location to anyone visiting their kids at university.
