traveler and food expert. in my travels and dineouts this restaurant that is a small mom and pop shop cannot be beat. the couple that operates this is so passionate about what they do. very few places have such owners around. the food was delicious anfd fresh. the pizza is the best by far from any other shop. if you are looking for new york style it is not. BUTi f you try this you will have a difficult time choosing new york over this. the flavor is outstanding and it is a pizza you WILL crave once you try it. the menu is big and choices abundant.everthing we orderd was delicious and fresh. as stated earlier I travel and dine out very much and will continue to stop there .I have recommended this to friends we have in Glastonbury and Marlborough. they are already patrons . keep up the great work Village green you are stars who have my vote and wish you were in our county of new haven because we would be extreme regulars.

nothing like it. great food, great atmosphere

now they have comfort food too and it sooooooo delicious. the pizza is undeniably the best we he've had. it is always consistent and fresh. even if you have to wait it is worth it. the place is small but soooo big in other ways. if there is a way nick will make it. just ask. we have been regulars for many years. now our grandchildren ask to go to village green now that says alot!!!!!

you must try it you will be hooked with whatever you try from the salads to the pizzas to the whole darn menu

Best pizza, grinders, burgers and fries!!!!. Long time customer, great food, great staff, wish they would open a shop in East Hampton, CT.....they would fill a hugh void in this City.

just awesome....service and food always consistent and delicious. I've been a regular for some time now and might I say they truely are a hidden secret. My job takes me near and far but how great I have a place to call and get what I am craving for or satisfy what my family craves!!!

It's what I call ONE STOP SHOPPING for callout dinner or lunch. The pizza SUPERB. Perfect amounts of everything. The menu quite big for a pizza shop. The burgers freshly made to order not frozen. I've been for lunch when practically every table has some thing from all over trhe menu. The salads especially the greek Now thats a salad!!!!!!with their garlic dressing ....adds my wife.

These people are great. The staff always friendly. Really no cons THEY FINALLY GOT THE BEER AND WINE thing going though. Defininately a plus!!!

Always the Best! Great Service..Reminds me of Cheers where everyone knows your name :-). I have been a regular of this restaurant since its inception. The food has always been fantastic - and I have tried several different meals from their menu. The restaurant, tables, floors, bathroom etc. have always been extremely clean and the atmosphere is family and kid friendly. The staff goes out of their way to ensure that all your needs are being met and are extremely friendly and courteous. This is truly a small hometown restaurant with a big heart as is evidenced through its community involvement too. There are other good restaurants in town..but as far as my children and I are concerned this one is truly the best!!

something great. we were driving thru . we live in a neighboring town.we were told its great ...it is!!! service is wow and the food always the best.we are hooked and have become regulars.I work in the city driving thru i always stop..Try the stuffed pizza or any special pizzas everything piled high ask for that unbelievable garlic dressing i assure none of your pizza willm be left ....dip the crust in it WOW..!!!!!!

YOU WOULDN'T KNOW IT FROM OUTSIDE......GO ON IN TAKE HOME OR EAT IN GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE.SMALL BUT HOPPIN YOU MUST TRY THE WHITE TOMATO CHICKEN FETA AND SPINACH MY DADS MUST HAVE THE RICE PUDDING THIS IS HIS GRAND FINALE

just right. we've been long time regulars.....evrything is great.pizza is just right always

no complaints ...but don't expect to wait only 20 minutes on weekend . everyone wnats village green great selection for the whole family being served with a smile makes it better as they alwys do.

it is well worth the wait

new in town and we found the best restaurant..... neighbors recommended village green pizza.This is the best pizza we've tried. What do they do to that crust?toppings are generous.The salads are superb must try the california salad everything tastes fresh and delicious. The staff is great always greeted with a smile and the owners made sure they met us even though we've been in just several times. we will definitely be regulars. VILLAGE GREEN PIZZA IS OUR FAMILY RESTAURANT OF CHOICE pizza and so so much more.
