Kept upping delivery minimum

The food wasn't bad, but when I asked for delivery the first night it wasn't a problem. The second night the said I needed a $13.00 min. Even though I normally spent $10 or $11, I agreed and bought an extra egg roll or something. The fourth or fifth time I called they told me that they wouldn't deliver for less than $15.00. I don't care what the policy is, but make one and stick to it.
