Owner Has Horrible Phone Etiquette

I've eaten here and the food is not bad but the owner is a douche. I called in asking about a gift card of theirs I received which had no information on it except for the words "GIFT CARD" and their Name, Address and phone number.

The lady on the phone put me on hold for 5 minutes only for the owner to get on the line and interrupt every other word I said..only to finally imply that I must be mistaken, tell me that I have to bring the card in and rudely hung up on me...in a way that only angry foreigners can...by repeating the same word over and over again more and more angrily each time before they hang up. (ok, ok, ok? Click.) [P.S. I'm "foreign" too]

Anyway, I was nice on the phone and gave no cause for hostility...but not only will I not go to Apollo Pizza any longer, but I advise you not to either...at least until they improve their phone etiquette.
