WORST MISTAKE ! ! ! !. I purchased a fractional unit at the Ritz Carlton/Aspen almost (1) year ago. BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE ! ! ! Every stay there has been a nightmare. Their sales pitch of getting pampered, spoiled, etc. is just talk. Staff and service is very sub-par and management has no interest in resolving even the simplest of problems. Rooms show neglect and massive wear and tear. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE RITZ CARLTON/ASPEN.

Situated in the shadow of legendary Ajax Mountain, western elegance defines this luxurious property.. The Scene
Well-heeled visitors relax by a roaring fire in the upscale, comfortable lobby. Overstuffed leather couches, oil paintings depicting nature scenes and cast bronze sculptures make for a warm welcome. Few needs go unmet in this former Ritz-Carlton hotel.

The Details
The guest rooms each contain spacious marble baths, down comforters and leather chairs; suites and rooms with sitting areas afford extra space for lounging. For the active set, a heated outdoor pool, well-equipped fitness room and skiing (or snowboarding) on nearby Ajax meet most exercise needs. A restaurant and two bars provide ample dining and drinking opportunities. Extensive meeting and event facilities and a full-service salon make it the ideal place for business or pleasure.
