Crystal Property Management

One Star is Too Many. The worst. Our property fell into a state of disrepair. A hole in the deck was not taken care of even though it was reported to Crystal property management numerous times. It wasn't until a repair man fell into it up to his groin that something was done-- Crystal Properties had someone NAIL a board over it -- not fix it.

This happened in the past.. but this summer a swarm of bees began nesting in the walls of the building. Even though we pay homeowners dues, part of which are specifically earmarked for pest control-- Crystal property management has refused to do anything to help relocate or otherwise take care of the bee infestation. Four people have already been stung and three months later the bees are still there. Our building, under the mismanagement of Crystal Properties has become known as the "armpit of New Castle". I recommend you find another company. It is the worst management company I have ever seen. They will not take calls half the time and w hen they do they are rude or otherwise unhelpful. They don't help you they make it harder. I wish there was a rating without a star-- Crystal Property Management would be better reflected by a steaming pile than a star.…
