Worst Salon in Colorado !!. This salon does NOT care about the customers!! I had a horrible experience, and the owner doesn't care enough to contact me & try to make it right. I went in for color, didn't get in the chair for an hour. They turned my hair orange & asked what I thought. I told them it needed fixed. After 6 hours I finally got out after being charged $120. I have given the owner several chances to contact me and she won't!! Every time I write a review they erase it!! So I will continue to write reviews every day or week until they contact me.. My advise is STAY AWAY FROM POSH!! THEY SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!…
AMAZING experience. I love going into Posh! Every experience I've ever had there has been a positive one. I have been happy with my hair each time I go in to get it cut or colored and the staff is so positive and upbeat. I always feel welcome and comfortable with the stylists and massage therapists. I recently got a massage from Lauren and I was so relaxed afterward!! Thank you, Posh!!…
This Spa is a JOKE. I took my sister to get a french manicure the day before her wedding, they messed up our appointment, took us in over 45 minutes late and then the manicure took almost 2 and a half hours. It looked awful, we had 3 people alternating working on us and we left there looking like a child painted our nails and our hands were covered in nail polish. My sister left crying, they never said they were sorry or offered to fix the problem, they should not be allowed to do manicures on anyone else, it was HORRIBLE.…
