Best Tactical Shop Around.
This is my favorite gun store that I have visited over the past 20 years!!!! The staff should all be commended on their knowledge and level of customer service!
After moving to Loveland a few years ago, I had not found a shop that I enjoyed going to. A friend had told me to go check out Jensens Arms. He had warned me that some of the guys that worked there could be a little grumpy with the customers, but said the selection was AMAZING. So i checked it out. He was correct, the customer service was a little short and direct like most of the big gun stores i had found in Arizona.
I think that this element was sniffed out by management and has since been changed. over the past few years i have purchased many different things from this store and have found that the customer servise is TOP NOTCH. I am glad that there is a store out there that can have some great success and still learn and adapt to the challenges that they face!
Thanks for being there guys ! And keep up the GREAT work!…
Great selection, horrible customer service. First and foremost I have bought from Jensen's before because of their vast selection, but never will again. Very few times have I went in and had what I would consider a good shopping experience. Getting someone to help you is usually a hassle, then if you do get some help they're rude. I went in today just to look for a rather unpopular caliber handgun and when I asked about it they acted like I was a moron for looking for it. "It doesn't sell, we've never had one and never will" then went onto the next customer. I didn't even get the chance to ask them if they could/would order it in for me. This is not the way to keep returning customers coming back.…
Best Gun Store in NoCO.
This is simply the best gun store in Northern Colorado. I went in there for the first time a couple of years ago with no experience at all with guns. I was treated great and Bob and his team have
taken the time to teach me a lot - even when the store is packed - about guns. As far as I'm concerned, that's top customer service.
Do you have to wait some times for a sales person? Yes, it's a busy shop. But why complain? You're in a gun store, not waiting in line at the DMV. Any time I have an excuse to stay in a gun store longer is OK with me.
Over the 2 years I've bought traded guns and even returned a shotgun I bought there because it didn't fit quite right. No complaints. Happy to take it back. Try that at some other stores.
They have the best prices too, beating other stores by a mile. And no matter what, I always felt I was getting a fair deal and that no one was trying to get me to buy something i didn't need or want.
I can't even understand some of the complaints I've read in these reviews. What do Bob's political views have to do with anything? It's not like he's handing out pamphlets and standing on a soap box. And does it really surprise anyone that a gun store owner has a conservative political stance?
Keep up the good work is what I say to this shop.…
Love Jensen Arms!!!.
So...to all these people writing reviews about how terrible Jensen's is...QUIT YER BITCHIN! I've never had a bad experience stepping foot in there, and I'm a girl. First time I ever went in there, I
didn't know what I was looking for/needed etc. ALL of the staff members have been kind and knowledgeable. They have always answered my questions to the fullest extent without purposefully trying to make me feel like some dumb P.O.S. When going into a gun shop, you don't need to put on a front and act like you know everything. I can guarantee that once you open your mouth, they're gonna talk guns right back at ya. The staff live, eat, sleep, and breathe guns. Guns are their passion, so it probably isn't their intention to make you feel like a dumbass, but I can see how a customer might feel like an idiot after talking to them...the staff knows their $hit! My advice is, even if you are a gun owner, don't go in there expecting them to worship the ground you walk on just because you own a firearm(s). There's always room to learn more about a subject/object/hobby if you're willing to listen to advice and information.
If you're law enforcement and don't like the way you've been treated when stepping foot in there, it's probably because you went in there acting like a dickhead...don't act like a dickhead, and you won't get treated like a dickhead!
As for the tension between the workers in the store...I've felt that too. We've been shopping at Jensen's for about 4 years now and my husband and I have purchased about 3/4 of our guns and ammo at their store. In all the time we've been shopping there, all of the same staff members have been there. The staff are a tight-knit group of people, they're like family. And with any kind of "family" in business, there will always be drama. Get over it!
Sure there are many other gun stores in business in Denver, Ft. Collins, etc. and we've been to several of them, but we have always found Jensen Arms to have the best prices and the most knowledgeable staff. I have recommended many of my family and friends to them and so far, none of them have been disappointed either. Don't listen to the bad reviews, because overall, this is an excellent place to shop!…
