I can't believe the last review and neither should you. Clyde Canino is the real thing - such a nice man and a great cook. This old house is so beautiful, it provides the perfect atmosphere for an Italian meal. You may think I'm kidding, but when my friend Capone comes to town, this is where he wants to go. True! Try the capelino. Quit being a Yuppie and come to a real authentic Italian place.

This restaurant occupies a charming, multi-storied old house and offers a delightful ambience. Sad to say, the quality of the cooking doesn't begin to approach that of the decor. Two of us ate there and ordered several different dishes to be able to share; the amount of oregano and pepper completely masked the taste of each and every dish and left an unpleasant aftertaste. Maybe it was an off night, but we won't go back.
