WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!.
If I could give them a zero I would. The owner is impossible to work with. They would rather lose your business than try to accommodate you. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER..RUN DON'T WALK to ANY other dealership. Will NEVER buy another Toyota.
They do NOT seem to care if they lose a customer or a sale.
Don't Stand Behind Their Vehicles. A part in my air conditioner broke with less than 50,000 miles on the truck and having it for fewer than 2 1/2 years. I rarely use the air conditioner so there is no way the part broke from wear and tear. It had to be bad from the beginning. In trying to get some consideration for making this $3000 repair, Stapp wouldn't fight Toyota for me and won't give me a discount of any kind on the repair. You spend $30k on a new truck and they won't offer a dime to back up the quality of the vehicle they sold to you. I won't ever go back and I recommend you find another dealer.
