Technical difficulties

We tried 3 different lanes and had multiple issues with all. The ball return mechanism kept failing, so bowling-balls just kept disappearing and we'd have to go get more. At one point one pin just went missing - only 9 pins were getting set up. We were told to press the reset button, which did nothing. Then the lane went dark. At first we were having fun and being patient, but after awhile it just became a chore - we couldn't go 2 frames without an issue. They did refund us for the 2nd game, but grudgingly (the desk is staffed by a kid who couldn't be much more than 16).
