Very clean, quite, and off the busy street. Great location, right off the busy main street with plenty of parking, nice sitting area in front under trees, continental breakfast, nice helpful staff, clean rooms, and very good price.

Best Deal in Sedona!. Their web site and feedback were impressive, so we made a reservation at Baby Quail Inn. Our experience was exactly as expected, very good. We plan to stay there on our next visit to Sedona!
