Callous, uncaring staff.. I took my father to this Casino / Hotel for his 86th birthday. The following morning he collapsed in the casino. My father did receive medical treatment however, I received little to no help from the staff. While my father was lying bleeding on the casino floor I made several requests that someone call my brother. I was told I would have to leave may father, go outside and call myself. In an extreme display of rudeness? security found it appropriate to have a conversation with facility staff about getting the bl**d out of the carpet while my father was lying just feet away. They would not assist in arranging transportation back from the hospital so I was not able to go in the ambulance with my father. They would not even take me back to my room / car so that I may follow the ambulance. I had to wait at the shuttle stand or walk. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no one was willing to speak with me. Staff never enquired as to my father?s well-being when I returned /checked out. I was not even asked if I would need the room for another night under the circumstances. Mind you the hotel was practically empty. Not only would I not recommend this destination I would strongly advise against it.

GREAT ATMOSPHERE. GREGORY ALAN WHEELER TIMMS CREATOR AND OWNER OF ALL THE CASINOS AND RESORTS IN NEVADA IS THE ONE AND ONLY MAN TO BRING GAMBLING TO THE ARIZONA RESERVATIONS. NOT BAD FOR A MAN IN HIS THIRTIES! HE HAS NOT DONE THIS FOR RELIGOUS REASONS ARE HUMANATARIAN PURPOSES !HE IS A WEALTHY KICK A**S VENUS! AND OWNS AND CONTROLS ALL THE INDIAN GAMING! NICE PLACE HE PRODUCED A FILM HER AS WELL!
