Plus, Monty's takes the time to make sure you know how to operate the equipment. And yeah, they service it all, even junk you see at Wal-Mart.
Fantastic Service – I have bought many products from Monty's through the years and have been extremely pleased. I own a business and have several TV/Monitors in nearly every room. We just built a new home last year and Monty's installed all the speakers, indoor and outdoor, and entire home sound system. Any time I have questions or problems (which have been few) they come right out and take care of it. I highly recommend them, whether your needs are small or large.
Great Service – Monty's was awesome! I have a 52'' Samsung DLP TV and our lamp went out in it for the 2nd time this year,I was going through Samsung's part store for our parts but we have to wait a few days and wait on ups and all that junk so I thought i would give Monty's a call and to my surprise they keep the lamp i needed in stock for a great price !!! no waiting for a few days to watch TV again we got it fixed in one day !!!! Now i wont miss my show and i will for sure be giving them my business again! Nice people who work there as well! I'm a really picky person on who i give my business to but i will for sure be going back for any tv needs!!
Don't buy Monty's! – Tommy is the owner. Do NOT buy from Monty's TV! We bought a 61 inch LG from them because of the supposed service. First month the TV won't turn on, they come pick it up and we don't here anything for a month. I go in and ask and they have a smart ass attitude. KEPT THE TV FOR A MONTH. Again the TV won't turn on and we call them last week and no call back, again today and no call back. We spent $3,600 on the TV and the stand and can't get them to service it. We are going to best buy tonight to get a new TV..
