Worst service and sub-par food. I unfortunately attended this restaurant on Memorial Day weekend in 2006. I realize this is a busy time of year and it was Saturday night, but the experience I had at this place was unacceptable. First of all, we waited 2.5 hours to eat. That was not that big of a deal because everywhere around there had a long wait. When we got in there, there was food all over the floor, everywhere. It was literally nasty. Our table was nasty, even after the waitress supposedly cleaned it. The employees were extremely rude. It took us at least 1 hour to get our food after we finally got to order. When we finally got our food, it was disappointing. We could have eaten the same food at Captain D's for 1/10 of the price. This food was pathetic and was terribly over-priced. On top of that, the waitress never volunteered to fill our drinks. We had to ask her several times. Several tables just got mad and left. Even after they had waited 2.5 hours to get in there. To top it off, at the end of this terrible meal and terrible service, I asked to speak with the manager and I was told NO. The waitress said the mgr was too busy to speak to me. I told her that we should get a discount on our food or something because of this horrible experience and total lack of effort on her part to make our experience better. I would have just liked to see some kind of remorse and/or acceptance for the horrible experience everyone in the restaurant was having. She said she couldn't do anything about it and said we have to pay full price for our meal. When we paid, she laughed and said "Have a good night." It was after 10 pm when we left. We spent approximately 4 hours there.

I don't see how a restaurant like this even stays in business.

That is the only time in my life that I've complained at a restaurant. It was horrible and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would rather starve.

The best food on the beach!!!!. I love the food, service and location of this restaurant. We make it a point every year to visit it at least once on our vacation.
