not a place to get what you order. the food and service used to be ok here but not anymore..food is not cooked properly, and bad food is served as well as undercooked foods...food is priced high enough and when i order i expect to get what i asked for cooked and prepared properly not bad crab(that could make me sick) or undercooked food..the cook in this place needs to retire or take a cooking and prep course! servers at night are better than the day servers as some of them try to help customers and get what they asked for....i think the problem is more the cook and the owner...would not suggest going there to anyone for any food..too many other good places to spend my food money on

very good service, great food. The other reviewers have their own opinions like the saying goes. I have eaten at Neptune's on several diferent occasions over the last few years. I have always had prompt and courteous service even when busy with customers. The food has always been well above average. NOT GREASY, just fried. I've had the grilled fish of various varieties all good. No complaints, Some people just don't know what bad food and poor service is if they haven't been through a hurricane and it's aftermath.

Greasy food poor service. My family visited this restaurant the last week of June and was very disappointed. The waitress was as rude a person as my family has ever seen. It took forever for us to get our meal which was so greasy that our children would'nt eat it. We decided to get the children a desert but after 20 minutes we ask the waitress to just bring us our check and remove the desert. She said we ordered it and must pay for it. My family got up from the table, and went to the cashier and ask for our check and to see the manager. The manager gave us a feeble appology, took our money and we left. I don't know how this place got such a high rating.

ADVERTISEMENTS?. I thought this was a review site not a advertisement page! I can look at the reviews of this restaurant and tell that at least 2 of them(possibly & probably all though) were written by the owner of this restaurant! If you look at the structure & capitalization of the words in the reviews you can tell they were wriiten by the same person! And, who, but the owner, would write such a descriptive and glowing praise! I left a review several months ago(not good) and now it has disappeared! Where did it go & how much did the owner pay to have it removed? This is such crap!
