What People Are Saying About Taco Bell

In Short – A pink and blue color scheme, white tile floors and hacienda-like arched windows combine for a subtle Southwestern motif at this fast-food chain. Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.
Editor's Tips
- Save Money:
- Cut costs on your favorite dishes by ordering off the Big Bell value menu.
- Know Before You Go:
- Want to cut calories? Items that normally come with cheese and/or sauce can be ordered "fresco style," which substitutes with lighter fiesta salsa.
Very Bad Customer Service on Saturday August 5,2006

We were at the Taco Bell on Quintard Ave. Saturday Evening. One of the food prepares was on her Cell phone and customers were wainting up to 30 minutes before receiving their food. We saw one customer ask for his money back and walk out. We waited 15 minutes before we received our order. We eat at this Taco Bell a lot but I don't think we will be going there anytime soon. The food was not that hot. Three Drive-Thrus were waited on before anyone inside. There were a lot of unhappy customers. One preparer was drinking water or soda while otherswere waiting on their orders. Hopefully somethigng will be done. Or a manager needs to be their to help out.
