The Pavilion apartments, are a disgrace. They have changed management 4 times in a year. Each one worse than her predecessor. There is a street corner pharmace living there. It is known by management. She buys from him also. There was an attempted robbery of said dealer. The tenants in 4780, were subjected to gunshots in the breeze way. Thank God there were no children outside at the time. They have 2 maintenance men and only one works (slowly at that) If you report issues of disturbance to the manager. She will tell the tenant that you complained. Who reported them and what was said. Going as far to give them your name and aparment number.
The Police are useless, when called they show up late if at all.
I know it is low income, but must we live like animals. Don't move here!!!. Low rent, Loud neighbors, children as young as 1 running around all times of the day and night. You would be better served to use your money elsewhere.

- Cons: filthy breeze ways, loud obnoxious tenants & guest, people using in the hallway, while children are present, no play area for children
