Does NOT communicate, does NOT follow through!

In September 2011 I bought a 2004 Arctic Cat ATV from Allan Abbott. Good machine, everything I expected it to be. But here it is 5 months later and I still do not have the documentation I need to get it registered. I have called, his message system is full! I have emailed, he does not answer! I sent a certified letter, it was signed for but no answer!

Worst customer service

Bought a boat at a wonderful price from Abbott Marine. Ran the boat for about 6 months with the trolling motor connected to the wrong voltage. (I did not Know) Made the switch myself as I am a maintenance man at Rome Tool and Die. Problems with the speed control since changing it to 24 Volts. Wanted it looked at and left it with Abbott Marine. They did not look at anything but told me I stuck something something with the motor. At the same time they were supposed to service the outboard. I was told by a mechanic that it was done while they changed a part on the trolling motor. Went to get the boat to take it away from them and was told the outboard was not serviced. (one Week) Took the boat to Guntersville and it was sent out , replaced, and outboard was serviced.

  • Cons: Service team that lies and has no character
