AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. We called from out-of-state to have balloons delivered to a family member who is attending University of Alabama in Huntsville. They were very helpful and had very reasonable prices (at least half of what every other business was charging that we looked at online). They not only delivered the balloons but also picked up cupcakes from another business to deliver along with the balloons for no extra charge. Kudos to them for great customer service! We will use them again should we send anything else like this in the future.

Disappointed. I would never recommend this establishment for any party supplies. I trusted them to make my husband's party special and I was completely disappointed. They are very difficult to work with and rude. The final product was completely unacceptable. I tried to talk to them about my disappointments and they were not willing to work with me. Stay away from here if you want a good party!!
